The Author, Prof Liu, Xue-Diao, is retired from Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission, ROC（中華民國蒙藏委員會）while he was the chief secretary of the Commission. His carrier makes him know Tibetan affairs very well. A friend of mine had read the New York Times article and informed me that the author of this book had said that yoga causes sexual desires to increase and that this is the reason why gurus are sleeping around. I felt that finally I had my answer because I had wanted to know why so-called celibate gurus slept around with their disciples.
